10 Months Old

Dear Antonio,

You are 10 months old! Where has the time gone? Here are some things about you now...

-You weigh 20 pounds
-You drink water out of a sippy cup
-You don't nurse anymore. We are trying to cut back on bottles as well. You only get three during the day with 4 oz each and you get one 6 oz bottle before bed. (Except when you trick Daddy into giving you 10 oz at bedtime. No no Daddy!)
-You eat everything that we give you. You'll eat baby food, our food, anything! Grandma says if she'd let you sit and eat for an hour, you would.
-You like to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, which makes Mama thrilled!!!
-You dance by swinging one arm up and down. Your favorite song to dance through is Hot Dog off of Daddy's iPod touch.
-You can clap.
-Today, you started waving!
-You walk all over the place.
-You love to play chase with me. I chase you and you just giggle and giggle. Then you chase me and I hide behind the furniture. It cracks you up when I jump out and say boo!
-You like Daddy to hold you and chase after Mommy. We run around the bar in the kitchen.
-You get into every cabinet that you can. Daddy finally put the cabinet locks on them so you'd stop.
-In the morning you open the drawers in my bathroom while I get ready. You pull everything out. I put it back, and you pull it out again.
-If you don't like something, you scream and put your fist against your mouth. It's kind of like an Indian war call! You also throw yourself backwards sometimes.
-You love to read books. You like to sit and look at them by yourself and you like us to read them to you. Your love to open the pages that have the peekaboo animals and pet them. You also like to kiss the baby's and the animals on the pages.
-Your first word seems to be no-no. We always say no-no puppy to Bevo and one day, you said it after us. I'm still waiting on you to say Mama or Dada.
-You have also said ball and Minnie (for Grandma's dog).
-You love to be outside. If you're fussy, we can just go outside and you calm right down.
-You like to listen to your music in the car. Your favorites are Knick Knack Paddy Whack and Itsy Bitsy Spider. If you're crying in the car, we can turn on your CD and you stop crying right away.
-You are the most handsome perfect little boy, and I couldn't have wished for a better son! I love you so much!
