11 Months

Dear Antonio,

No way can you be 11 months old already! You are so close to one year old, I just can't believe it! Here are some things about you now...

-You are down to one bottle a day. We give you the one bottle at night. We cut back to 4 oz then 3 oz and now you only get 2 oz. This doesn't make you too happy and you scream when it's all gone. Tonight, I am cutting back to 1 oz.
-You are a piggie! You eat anything and everything. You were really liking sweet potato cooked in the crockpot, but you seem to not like it as much. You love baby carrots from the crockpot. Your favorite food seems to be whatever we are having.
-You take bites now. You can eat a whole banana without me having to cut it. I hold it up to you and you take bites out of it until it's all gone.
-You sleep from 8-7. You nap twice a day still, but sometimes you are skipping a nap. I think you might go to only one nap a day soon.
-You still aren't talking. I'm dying for you to say mama, so hurry up!
-Reading books is still your favorite thing to do.
-You cry if you see me and I don't pick you up. This makes it really hard for Grandma to be watching you at our house this summer. I have to hide from you!
-You love being in the swimming pool at Grandma's. Grandpa bought you a float with a sunshade and you sat in it for over an hour just playing with the water.
-You love dogs and are learning to pet them nice. You like to touch Bevo and Tippy's tails though and they don't like that at all!
-When you go for walks, you point at the pretty trees.
-You still like to listen to music in the car and your favorite songs are Itsy Bitsy Spider and Where is Thumbkin.
-You love cell phones, remote controls and iPods.
-You are able to climb the step on Grandma and Grandpa's pool deck. I haven't let you try the stairs at our house though, because then we'll have to get yet another gate.
-You are doing really good with your sippy cup and drink a whole cup of milk at your meals now.
-You hate your carseat with a passion and scream when you have to get in it.
-You fake cough and it's hilarious!
-You are so perfect and we love you so much!
